Taskingos App Store

Start with the work
that needs fixing.

Enable eight Taskingos native apps or configure a connected solution. Every launch product runs on the same workspace context.

01

Choose the business capability

Start with one of eight native apps or a connected Taskingos solution.

02

Enable and configure it

Native apps are built into the platform. Solutions configure those apps around a complete operating flow.

03

Shape it around your team

Use the operator to tune fields, stages, owners, reminders, and reports for the way your business works.

Choose your first app

Start where the
business loses momentum.

You do not need to redesign the whole company. Pick one recurring problem, then open a native app or configure the Taskingos solution that fits.

Where does work
slow down?

Choose the part of the business that needs a better operating rhythm. You can add another app whenever the team is ready.

Connected starter plays

Start with a result,
not a pile of tools.

Starter plays show the smallest useful combination of apps for an end-to-end business outcome. Begin with the first app and add the next when the handoff matters.

the same customer.

Apps do not become isolated mini-tools. Customer history, owners, tasks, files, and business activity remain available across the workspace.

Before you add

Know what changes
in the workspace.

Native apps are already part of Taskingos and open in place. Taskingos solutions propose a connected configuration for several of those apps.

01

Native app

Enable or open the built-in business system. No separate package is installed.

02

Taskingos solution

Review a proposed combination of native apps, fields, views, workflows, reports, and setup notes before applying it.

03

What does not happen

Apps and solutions do not silently contact customers, move money, or change important records without the permissions and approvals you set.

04

How Operator helps

Ask questions about connected work, find what is stuck, and review proposed actions before they run.

Common questions

Know before you add.

Are native apps installed from the store?+

No. Customers, Work, Schedule, Money, Inbox, Growth, Stock, and Team are built into Taskingos. The store helps you discover, enable, and open them.

Can I change a Taskingos solution after applying it?+

Yes. A solution is a starting operating structure, not a locked template. Adjust fields, views, stages, automations, and ownership as the workflow evolves.

Do I need to add everything?+

No. Start with one capability that solves a weekly problem. Add another only when connecting the workflow removes meaningful duplicate work.

Will apps create duplicate customer records?+

Apps are designed to use the shared workspace context rather than create a separate customer list per tool.

Is Operator required?+

No. Structured apps work on their own. Operator adds questions, attention signals, recommendations, and approved actions.

What if nothing fits exactly?+

Choose the closest operating model, then customize it. If the underlying workflow is truly different, contact us to map the right starting structure.
